Refund policy

I am not responsible if an item is lost in the mail/stolen or if I am given an incorrect address, so please write your address carefully.

Returns are store credit /exchange and I also do not do cancellations. If anything is damaged/broken when the package is received, you can send it back within 10 days for a repair. I use a soldered chain for all of my jewelry, so hopefully that will not be an issue, but please don’t hesitate to message if it is.
